Project Management

ADC’s project management methodology addresses the planning, staffing, monitoring, controlling, and business change and development activities needed to ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget. Our methodology applies the management discipline to control the schedule, cost, risks, configuration, and quality to ensure that the project delivers the expected results. ADC provides project control infrastructure to control scope, track issues, monitor and report status, and mitigate risk.

  • Change Control Procedures - contain a standard change request form, a standard change request log, and procedures for creating, estimating, evaluating and scheduling changes.
  •  Issue Log Procedures- contain a standard issue form, a standard issue log, and procedures for creating, assigning and resolving the issues.
  • Status Reporting Procedures – contain formats for team member status reports, weekly project status reports, and monthly steering committee status reports. Monthly reports will assess the project status in regards to the budget, schedule, deliverables, staffing and risks. A schedule of regular meetings for communicating status, evaluating change, and resolving issues is established at the beginning of this engagement.
